Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read the conditions below carefully:
1. Personalized / Custom Products
Products that are personalized or made to order (e.g., items with custom engraving, names, dates, or unique specifications) cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product sent
- Damage during shipping (with proof)
⚖️ Legal note: This is allowed under EU law – the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made goods.
2. Standard Products (Non-Custom)
For ready-made, non-personalized products, customers have the right to return within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the return is due to our error).
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
4. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available. If you need a different product, please place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us at cutpoint23@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
