Welcome to CutPoint. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and any related services (the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not misuse the site, attempt to hack, resell content, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

3. Products and Orders

  • Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability. Minor variations may occur.
  • An order is considered accepted only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in BGN (Bulgarian lev) and may also be displayed in EUR for reference.

Accepted payment methods:

  •     Card payments (via Shopify Payments)
  •     Bank transfer
  •     Cash on Delivery (COD, within Bulgaria only)

Payments must be completed before order processing, except for COD.

Invoices are provided upon request.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 7 business days for custom products).
  • Deliveries in Bulgaria are fulfilled via Speedy or Econt.
  • International shipping is available upon request.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Personalized/custom products are not eligible for returns, except in cases of defects, damage, or wrong item received.
  • Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of CutPoint.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
