All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For personalized or made-to-order products, the production time is up to 7 business days, depending on project complexity.

If there are any delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

We work with Speedy and Econt courier services for deliveries within Bulgaria.

At checkout, you can choose the courier and delivery method (to an address or to a courier office).

International shipping is available upon request (please contact us for a quote).

Deliveries within Bulgaria usually take 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the chosen courier and delivery method.

If there are promotions or free shipping offers, they will be clearly displayed on the website.

For deliveries within Bulgaria, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

The total amount is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

CutPoint is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost after they have been handed over to the courier.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact the courier immediately and inform us at cutpoint23@gmail.com , attaching photos.
